What Empire Trading collects, why, and who touches it.

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, and a phone number if you link one. Mentorship applications: name, region, email, phone, trading experience, occupation, budget, timeline, and motivation. Product data: your watchlist, signal requests, and community posts. Billing is handled by our payment processors; we never see or store full card numbers.

2. Who processes it

We use Stripe and Whop for payments and membership, Resend for transactional email, and Syntax Voice for SMS delivery. Each processor receives only what it needs to provide its service.

3. Text messages

If you link a phone number you consent to receive trading-signal and account texts from Empire Trading. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us.

5. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and note the effective date here. Effective date: to be supplied.
