Terms of Service
Together with the risk disclosure below, these terms govern your use of Empire Trading.
Risk disclosure
Empire Trading provides automated, educational trade ideas generated by a heuristic model. This is NOT financial, investment, or trading advice, and no signal is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The signals can be wrong or incomplete, past performance is not indicative of future results, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions — trading involves substantial risk and you can lose some or all of your money.
1. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
2. Memberships and billing
Paid memberships renew on your billing cadence (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page or the platform you purchased through (Stripe or Whop); access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund policy: to be supplied.
3. Acceptable use
Signals and analysis are for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or scraping member content is prohibited.
4. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, Empire Trading sends recurring text messages to that number, including trade setup alerts and account and service notifications. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by removing your number in your account settings; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We record the date and time you opt in and any opt-out. Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Governing law
Governing law and venue: to be supplied.
